We accept payments from PayPal. themesXPO do not store payment/card information in our hosting server.

For template plans: After your subscription expires, you can still keep using the products you have downloaded from our website. But without an active subscription, you will NOT get updates and helpdesk support from us.

We trust our clients that’s why themesXPO offers a full refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member make the payment. In this case themesXPO.com has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable. Please make sure to check your Spam folder in email inbox. If you not got it then please contact with us with the proof of payment. Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successful done and then we have to review and process download information manually.

You need to login to your account to download the invoice. Once you are logged in, you’ll be automatically redirected to your User Profile Dashboard. You can also navigate to your Dashboard manually.

In your User Profile Dashboard, then you’ll find the tab of Subscription History. Clicking on Subscription History tab will take you to the invoice download page. Now, See the last table of column Invoice Number e.g IV00025 click and download your invoice.

You need to login to your account and then navigate to the Edit User Profile page. To do that, click on the dropdown arrow beside your avatar on the Menu bar and you’ll find the Edit Profile option. Clicking on it will take you to the edit page. Make your necessary changes (profile and billing info) then hit the “Update Profile” button once you’re done.

Yes. All of our templates and quickstarts are translation-ready, with all languages supported. Each of our themes is compatible with default Joomla Multilingual system, that assists in building and running multilingual websites, and can accommodate RTL languages.

Of course, you can almost edit or modify any part of the template that you like including copyright note at the template footer, text, images, javascript or CSS code ect.

All of new our templates display beautifully on mobile devices. We also have a growing number of templates that are specifically designed to be “mobile responsive”, allowing your theme to automatically adapt to any mobile device on the market.

Some basic changes can be made also from template setting. But in general all colors on themesXPO Templates are controlled with CSS. If you plan on customizing your site colors beyond those you will need to know a bit of CSS.

Clients requiring intensive customization or large-scale development efforts should know that we do not provide customisation services. If you are looking for a custom design, or would like to customize one of our templates/modules, we suggest hiring a trusted web design firm to assist you. Our templates can provide a great starting point for all Joomla developers.

This is one time payment and we don't charge your recurrently. You can always renew your membership before expire.

We do not believe in imposing limitations. Feel free to use our products on unlimited sites with lifetime usage.
